This survey will tell ASLIA Vic about its membership as well as to tell us what members want from their professional organisation. We ask that only CURRENT members of ASLIA Vic complete this survey, please.

The online survey is designed to give you flexibility to enter information.
Please note that if you are unable to complete the survey at one sitting, the survey will save the data if you do the following:
- After completing some questions Click the “NEXT” icon –this will save the data that you have entered up to that point of the survey.
- Leave the program OPEN and it will be ready for you on your return to complete the survey.
- DO NOT close or exit the program or else you will lose the data.
- If you click on “DONE” icon at the end of the survey–this means that you have finished the survey and will not be able to re-enter this completed survey.
- When “DONE” is clicked, this will take you back to the “ASLIA Victoria” home page
