ASLIA Vic takes every opportunity to promote our profession. In recent years, we have had stalls at the Deafness Expo as well as assisting Vicdeaf to staff their stall at the Herald Sun Employment Expo. In 2007, we also gave presentations to the final year Diploma of Auslan students at Kangan Batman Institute of TAFE as well as the Diploma of Interpreting students at RMIT. Another highlight was our booth at the Vicdeaf Christmas Rally.

We are available to provide information sessions to consumers of our services to enhance understanding of the vital communication link we provide.
