NAATI

The National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI) is the body responsible within Australia for the accreditation of all interpreters (spoken languages as well as Auslan) and translators. As interpreting and translating are highly specialised skills, their accreditation standards are rigorous to reflect the demands placed on such professionals.

It is possible to gain NAATI accreditation either by direct test or via the successful completion of a NAATI accredited course. For more information, visit the NAATI website at http://www.naati.com.au
